Clean and easy to use. Regularly updated and the experience is optimized for mobile. Love it!
The app keeps crashing. That aside it does not have a way to remain logged in even with a required pin, meaning multiple login attempts after crashing. When I get a notification I dread trying to enter the app to see it; its more accessible via email and webpage even on my smartphone at times. Clicking notification popups, after going through the login process again, does not even lead to a notifications tab but to a @mentions page that is generally 24hrs out of date.
It used to crash very often and now I can't even open it
Love being able to get push notifications and having a separate feed for when I am mentioned. Helps to isolate my action items. Great mobile tool.
Would be 5 stars if the feed that comes up was the Office Chat instead of only what you can subscribe to. How does the user get to see what new things are happening in more areas? CBRD
